Spin Games and KGM Gaming Reach Agreement

KMG and Spin Games have reached an agreement that will allow Spin Games to license the game content and interactive technology, provided by KMG, in the United States and Canada.

The KGM portfolio includes a range of interactive content included online slots, bingo, keno and video poker games.

KGM President Howard Weiss said he was extremely excited that the companies had reached an agreement.

“Being a licensee entrenched in jurisdictions currently approved for online gaming, the relationship with Spin Games allows a ‘quick to market’ interactive strategy, where KGM may utilize Spin Games’ technology and content already being implemented outside of the United States,” Weiss said.

Spin Games President Kent Young echoed the sentiments and said he was delighted his company was going to be one of the first to take advantage of the new interactive online slots regulations in the United States.

“We’re delighted to be partnering with KGM, and believe our relationship will provide great value to operators within regulated gaming markets, allowing an alternative stream of content than is currently being offered from traditional sources,” Young said.
